Q: What are the first steps involved in this process?
A: We arrange a meeting to take place, at no cost to you, where we provide you with a full explanation on how we shall produce your video biography.

Q: How do I prepare for the initial interview?
A: Prior to the interview, we will provide a series of questions (based on the package you choose) that may assist you in determining the information you would like to have included in your personal story.

Q: Do I have to use the prepared questions?
A: No, you decide on the content in the entire process. Our prepared questions are there to assist you. The content, time frame and subject matter is entirely up to your personal preference.

Q: What kind of format do you require for photos/video clips?
A: We can accommodate hard copies of your photos, (colour or black/white) that we will scan into the production as well as photos that you may have on CD’s or forward via e-mail. For video clips, we require .wvm or .mov format on a DVD.

Q: May I choose the music I would like for the opening/closing, and during the production?
A: We will do our best to accommodate your choice of music - you can also provide us your musical choices on a CD to be inserted during the final production.

Q: Will I have a chance to view the video before the final production?
A: Yes, we encourage our clients to make certain the complete life story is to their entire satisfaction. If there are any changes to be made, we will make every effort to accommodate any requests made prior to the final editing.

Q: How long will it take before I receive my completed project?
A: Depending on the complexity of the event, we normally deliver the final product to our clients within a period of 3 to 4 weeks.

Q: How many copies of the DVD will I receive?
A: Each package includes 3 copies of the final version. Additional copies are available at very reasonable rates. We can also produce your order on VHS tapes.

Q: How do I pay for the biography that I order?
A: Under normal circumstances, we require a 50% deposit at the time we sign our agreement, and the balance upon delivery of your life story. However, special arrangements can be made at time of ordering.
